The adaption of working out builds more muscles to prepare, but?

if building muscles after a tough work out is the bodies way of preparing and improving itself, there must be other things in the human anatomy that work the same way whether mental or not. What is the list of other things we could include? Any new studies?

  • I suggest riding a bicycle instead of driving. This improves cardiovascular health and increases the metabolism to consume body fat. A bicyclist can get about 50-75 miles per pound of fat. The positive benefits are throughout the body.

    I suggest that people to mental work that is challenging. Work crossword puzzles, do mathematics, take hard courses, write to people using correct spelling and grammar.

    Both of these activities will improve the current condition of people as well as preparing the body for aging.
