Where can I find out advanced research material about human anatomy and biology?

I want to attempt to pen a story about of course, a zombie apocalypse, but in order to properly do so, I need to know more about how the human body works, specifically after death. I’ve looked through quite a few pages on google, but I don’t really get the specifics I’m looking for. Anyone?
