Is there a college out there that has a good Herbalism AND art program?

I’m an earthy kind of girl. I love art, but I have doubts when it comes to being able to support myself after majoring in it. I love plants and human anatomy, so I think something along the lines of homeopathy or herbal medicine would fit me really well, but I don’t want to give up my dream of learning more about art and the techniques used to achieve it. Do you know of any colleges that could support both fields well?
