Looking for a good and simple visual drawing book?

Im searching for a book,that is visual,and i mean by that it would have a lot of drawings of human anatomy. I dont need any biology anatomy,just simple human proportions and shape,shadings and etc.
I really don’t like those oldschool popular drawing books,they cover so little in such a big space.Im more into visual learning,I just need a book that i could you as a reference for learning how to draw.
