Nursing Licensure Compact is the approach many states are using to integrate nursing throughout the US.Opinion?

I’m considering nursing as a career and want to know how easy it is to use licenses from state to state. We are from Indiana and have no idea what benefit(s) come with the NLC. I am at the beginning stages of making a decision for nursing and haven’t taken human anatomy/physiology yet. The ability to use licenses broadly is my main concern. I have a master of public health.
