What are some careers that fit my career interest?

I’m a sophomore in college majoring in biology with a pre-biomedical emphasis. I’m thinking about changing my major or looking into different careers. I would like to be a veterinary or regular surgeon. That takes a lot of determination and schooling, and the only class I’ve had was human anatomy which I loved, this is what persuaded me to look into these careers. My interest are changing a lot, I realize that I love giving advice and helping people with personal problems, like therapist work, but I’m conflicted because I would love to find a career in the medical field that works with both these careers in some aspect! Please help give me some ideas. Ill be on the look for more careers and career paths. Thanks in advance for the help!
