what is the difference between RAM and processor?
they say that RAM is like the brain of pc… well so is the processor!
from what i Understand, the CPU is the brain of the pc, while RAM is like the speed of the pc??
if they were human anatomy, what is the purpose of the RAM when it has already the brain?

the cpu has its own memory in the form of L1, L2, L3 caches. Ram is just another temporary memory solution because it is way faster to access than hard drives. The cpu is indeed the brain, but the RAM is just an extension of its memory.
RAM is memory. For storing data temporarily.
Processor is for calculations, executing algorithms etc.
